I am an artist and student based in Southeast Michigan. I am currently attending Eastern Michigan University, working on my BS in art with a concentration in printmaking. I like to use multiple medias in my work including, ink pens, watercolor, and printmaking. 

I am interested in exploring the concepts of personification, anthropomorphism, and personal mythology. My work focuses on the juxtaposition of animals in human ephemera to create characters. This juxtaposition insinuates humanlike qualities in animals. With these characters I explore narratives that reflect on my personal experiences and psyche. Creating animal characters helps change the psychological distance on the situations presented and gain a new perspective.
